cityscape viewsound insulationconvenient location
the rooftop bar held a perfect cityscape view. windows offered excellent sound insulation, thus restful sleep was possible. the location proved excellent, near the subway. it allowed for spontaneous explorations.
the hotel lacks water bottles as a courtesy. only elite members of hyatt can get them.

The location is ideal. It's close to everything in midtown. the rooms are super clean and modern. the gym has a great setup. I could use all equipment. harta is a nice spot for breakfast.
The air conditioner was loud, and it made sleeping difficult. the manager said someone would fix it. it did not get fixed. i had some nights of terrible sleep.

the hotel is close to many attractions. it is tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxed. i could easily walk to times square, theaters, and restaurants from this location.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations. The fitness center has several machines including treadmills and elliptical trainers. The rooftop bar offered interesting cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere. I liked that there was readily available filtered water in the lobby.

The room had some definite drawbacks. the under-bed mood lighting didn't really help, and the lack of light made it hard to see into the closet. the air conditioner was also quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. i had to put up with this terrible sleep for several nights.

The location was convenient for accessing many attractions.
The rooftop bar was disappointing. The waitress was rude when we asked for a table, even though we had a reservation. The drinks were also very bad, easily the worst cocktails I have ever had, (and they were quite expensive).

the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. i found the rooftop bar, cima, offered a great new york skyline view. i particularly appreciated the quick and easy check-in process, a very pleasant experience indeed.
I waited longer than expected on a couple of occasions.
